How long will it take for my order to ship ?

We hustle to process your orders within 2-3 business days! Once your order escaping the warehouse, please give’ em 5-10 business days to make their grand entrance. Need it fast ? We’ve got you covered with express shipping options! You will get notified via email when your order is ready to hit the road!

What is Subscription Plan ?

Never run out of your favourite Eyetalk product again with our Subscription Plan - it’s like having a personal fairy godmother automatically deliver straight to your doorstep on a recurring basis, AND you get a 15% discount! Subscription as flexible as your yoga practice - pause, edit, or cancel any time! Get on board with Subscription Plan, just pick the Subscribe & Save option on the product page and pick your frequency before proceeding to checkout. Promo codes can’t join our Subscription party. 

How can I edit my Subscription order ?

Manage your subscription with just a few clicks! You can change your next order date, skip an upcoming order, or cancel a subscription by visiting “ Manage Subscriptions” on your account page.

What to do if my order hasn’t arrived ?

When your package says delivered*, but you are still waiting. Don’t worry, give it 3-5 business days to find it’s way home to you. When your package plays hide and seek for longer than expected, hit us up at hi@eyetalkcosmetics.com for some investigative action. 

Lost your package in transit ? Don’t panic, babe! Shoot us an email at hi@eyetalkcosmetics.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. Let our customer experience expert guide you through the next step. *Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Subscribe & Save Term & Conditions

A recurring charge for the product(s) selected for 'Subscribe & Save' will be automatically charged to your credit card when your package escape from our warehouse. There is no minimum term and no minimum purchase amount.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel.

You can manage your active and inactive subscriptions in the My Subscriptions section under My Account.

ORDERS

What’s my order status ?

Don’t worry, we won’t leave you hanging! All orders are processed within 2-3 business days…promise! Once your order hits the road, get pump for a notification and tracking number coming your way! You can also see all order updates in your account. Order update as fresh as daisy, straight to your inbox within 24 hours!

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Shoot us email and we’ll try our best to catch your order before it escape from warehouse. Once your order hits the road, we are unable to cancel or edit.

Can I change my address after checking out ?


Hurry up and email us at hi@eyetalkcosmestic.com and we’ll try our best to update your order before they hits the road. However, once the order escape from warehouse, Eyetalk can’t promise any last-minute twists and turns! Once the package it’s out the door, we can’t rearrange where it’s headed. In such cases, reach out to the carrier to update your address or have them hold your parcel for a surprise pick up.

*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, Eyetalk cannot be responsible if your order goes missing. We are not liable to refund or replace the order; however, we will do our best to provide you with a resolution.
